Social Problems...

As a society progresses (if that's the right word), there are bound to be certain problems that plague the society. For London, it's violence due to drinking and healthcare for the elderly.

Round-the-clock drinking allows bars to sell alcohol 24-7. As a result of which, binge drinking especially among teenagers and youths led to violence and often death. There were incidents of late whereby resposible residents were killed while trying to reason with drunk teens while the latter were vandalising public property.

Also the elderly, after contributing the the bulging tax system for their entire working life are finding themselves neglected and not getting the care they deserve from the very much burdened welfare. It's a very real concern for elderly struck down by dermentia and age related problems.

Perhaps we can learn something from these? Food for thought.
