Tube strike!

The maintenance workers for Tube (under Metronet) went on strike with effect from yesterday 6pm. Only 3 out of the 12 lines will be operating for the next 72 hours. It's the usual about unions protecting jobs. But any economist will tell you that doing so will only harm jobs in a long run. But then again, try telling that to the Tube worker...

Luckily for us, the Northern Line which serves Angel station is still operating. Thus we're not affected. But moving around London will be a huge problem due to the incapacited bus services that is not meant to carry such capacity.
