Temperature is dropping... and a touch of frost..

Despite repeated warnings about the English weather, it still struck me how unprepared I am for its harshness. The temperature is dropping rapidly outside and the typical English homes is not made for insulation. Kenneth passed us an electrical heater before he left but even its 2000W hardly made a difference at 4 degrees celsius.

I was told that other parts of Europe is colder but the English winds get you right in the bones. I am now piling on three layers whenever I'm out. To think that I once thought Genting was cold.

Btw, the Midlands are getting a 'touch of frost'... I take that as winter has come early.
