Repeal that (English) Law!

Recall that the 'Repeal 337A' camp argued that the redundent law (since it's not enforced strictly) must be repealed. Well, the British have their share of bizarre laws as well...

1) It's an act of treason to use a postage stamp (all with Queen's Head) upside down.

2) Women in Liverpool are banned from going topless unless they're clerks in tropical fish shops.

3) It's illegal to eat mince pie on Christmas Day.

4) If someone needing the toilet knocks on your door in Scotland, you are required (by law) to let them in.

5) Pregnant women are allowed to pee everywhere, including into a policeman's helmet.

6) The head of any dead whale found on the British coast automatically becomes the property of the King, and the tail belongs to the Queen.

7) It is illegal not to tell the taxman anything you do not want him to know, but legal not to tell him information you do not mind him knowing (you go figure that out)

8) It is illegal to enter the House of Parliament wearing a suit of armour.

9) It is legal to murder a Scotsman within the ancient city walls of York, but only if he's carrying a bow and arrow. (so any English offering Scots a bow and arrow in York is immediately suspected... lol)

How do they enforce all these laws?
