Stomach flu...

Norovirus is making its rounds in Britain again. It's essentially a virus that induced vomiting and diarrhoea and it's highly contagious. But the good news is that it's not really serious and with proper hydration, the victim will be fine after three days or so.

Doctors have been advising those who has contracted the virus not to rush to the hospital to reduce the chances or mass infection. Instead they should just stay at home... and infect their family members. Ok, I added the last part myself.

But essentially, the doctors estimated that 100,000 British will be inflicted with the virus per week! My gosh... I am just bidding my time. Perhaps Singaporeans have a natural immunity, looking at how some of our hawker centres prepare the food that we so willingly dumped into our stomach.

My fingers crossed, I am now counting on all the unwashed cockles that were in my char kuey tiao!
