The Two Brewers

Was wondering along the network of streets near Covent Garden while Wife was browsing for winterwear. Took the opportunity to check out the quaint shops that lined the streets. Came across The Two Brewers.

I am rather curious as to how these pubs are named. I mean, some are straightforward as in The Queen, The King, The Crown, The Duke of York... some are more interesting, The Nag, The Donkey on Fire, The Bucket of Blood and The Inn Next Door Burnt Down (what?!)

Others like "The Two Brewers" are just well, normal. They're probably brothers, friends or... oh well. But you can check out the names of pubs here.
