Druken behaviour abroad...

With the House of Commons deliberating the solutions to binge drinking and PM Brown standing fast on the Labour's 24 hour drinking policy, British are making the drunken presence felt abroad.

It's really kind of sad to consider bad drunken behaviour as a signature to British partying. Whatever happened to the reserved British mannerism?

Should people even be allowed to plead temporal incapability in making coherent decision due to a voluntary act such as binge drinking? Why should the patrons (who are more responsible) be held hostage to this behaviour?

Of course, it's not only the British who are capable of binge drinking but having servicemen who are running amok overseas is really not something to be proud of.

Drinking is not good at all. Tell Brits to try leaving this habit. They will enjoy their life more.
