Batman (Christian Bale) Arrested!

Christian, who played Batman in well... Batman, was arrested when police was called in after a complaint of assault on his mother and sister was filed.

Though his Batmobile didn't come to his rescue this time round, he was eventually out on Bale... (ok, you can start hurling those tomotoes over now...)

Batman will be opening only on Friday this week and my bug life and lina were saying that it's already showing in Malaysia. For now, I can only contend with its trailers.

It's showing in Malaysia yes, but some said the movie was too long (around 2 hrs 40 mins) so it was a lil boring...

I loved the movie Batman... sadly not for Christian Bale but rather Heath Ledger. :) Great show I must add. It's just a pity all its actors are getting the wrong publicity. sigh. the sad tales of Hollywood

@waitingkitty,
Huh? How do you guys actually queue online? Hmm, I'm not too hot about couple seats... most of the time, they seem to be right at the back for obvious reasons...

@kyh,
Really? Haha, then you'll get your money worth won't you? Anyway, am surprised that most of the posters actually show Joker's face instead of Batman's.

Are you going to catch it?

@webbiestuffs,
You think that it's a publicity stunt? Well, it works to a certain extent.. I mean, they're banking that some idiots will actually blog about it. lol

They were saying that it's Ledger's best performance... oh well. A pity really.

@jasmine shanea,
Hey, like webbiestuffs was saying... perhaps it's all a publicity stunt?

Anyway, aren't you posting anytime soon? Still buried at work, I supposed?

Worth the money huh? Now I'm gonna catch the X-Files and the Mummy 3! :P

@kyh,
I kept hearing that Joker is really depicted very well. Can't wait to watch it now.

This is like the 5th or 6th Batman movie ? I find the storyline getting more n more bizarre !

@dutchie,
Have you watched it? I heard that Ledger's portrayal of the Joker made Nicholson's looked like a... joke.

Well, got the tickets for tonight and looking forward to that!

I'm not into comic-book-heroes lah.
I prefer to watch films in the costume-era (Sherlock Holmes, Jane Austen, Barbara Cartland - where gentlemen were gentlemen - yes, yes, it's only celluloid delusion).

So, how was The Dark Knight ? Was it worth splurging on a big tub of popcorn n a super-size Coca Cola ?

To be honest, I prefer to watch films from the comforts of my couch ! The snacks are within arms-reach as well ;-)
